You can still check the fuel rail for pressure and listen for the fuel pump when the key is turned to on. To check for spark, you can pull a plug wire and check to see if it sparks to ground while the motor is cranking.  On your '95, you may need a helper. If it is a '91, you can turn the key on and jump the starter solonoid with a screwdriver to turn over the engine (you may still need more than 2 hands though.)  If you have both fuel and spark but no start, I don't know where to go from there. -Ron Childs  '91
