Mike,

    There are several solutions to that pesky second hole in the dash from 
the second DIN.  There are several cupholder/change holders for sale on ebay. 
 My shop has a standard pocket that we sell we slap into the hole.  If your a 
TRUE audiophile, there are several cool DIN sized Equalizers that'll fit in 
there nicely.  I've seen gauges in there as well.  Hell, I've put a DVD 
player in that hole for a video system.  The possibilites are almost endless.
