[Shotimes] back on the road, and a couple ?'s

Flywheel was flat. Clutch engagement point is pretty much in the middle
of the pedal, nice and smooth. Grips fine too with no chatter. I've
pulled up on the pedal with my foot, but was thinking of getting under
there and helping the adjusting mechanism manually (pushing forward on
the quadrant with one hand while pulling up on the pedal with the
other). That will definitely eliminate any slack.

Anything at all I can check in the shifter mechanism? I remember a post
about replacing a plastic piece with a nut and bolt, but don't recall
any specifics.

Justin,

This may sound like a stupid question, but did you have the flywheel
machined?

Also, have you tried pulling up on your clutch pedal to eliminate any
slack
in the pedal?
