Remove the bleeder and BLO through it, they will also rust up and get
full of crap. Use an ALL to dig the crap out of it. I just ran into this
last week on a rear caliper, and I live in the NE as well.

Thanks.  A restricted brake line is possible.  The car is a '94 and I
live in the Northeast, which means most of the metal brake lines are all
rusted - I will check this tomorrow.  Already tried opening the bleeder
valve a few turns - didnt make a difference.
