[Shotimes] Vacuum Specs

The vacuum should drop to zero (or near zero) when the throttle if floored. It doesn't matter if the secondaries are open or not. Manifold vacuum is produced by the pistons sucking in air. If the throttle is open, it is easy for air to enter the cylinder, hence, less vacuum. A high vacuum condition would be when you are decelerating in gear, with the car turning the engine against a closed throttle (engine braking.)                                                                                                                         -Ron Childs   '91
