[Shotimes] 52 & 72 codes

Not to be argumentative but my '93  Helm shows 80+ 2 digit codes.  But that
said
I did get a 4 after the 52 so I assume it is 524,  a Low Speed Fuel Pump
secondary circuit failure.  Why would this be triggered at 70 mph?
