[Shotimes] Hard starting

I had the same problem with my wifes 95 ATX. We never figured out the problem but she just backed off on the key and restarted it, It started every time like that. We were to have ford look at it but the engine met an untimely demise (She had her fathers picture over the check engine idiot light and the thermostat went, needless to say..ALUMINUM !#!$%$ does not like heat). I assume this is a problem with some 95's. I do remember there was a Ford TSB on hard starting, I dont know if anyone can track it down for you,, See ya
