That is WAY too much money for that many miles.  You should be able to find 
one with around 70k miles for that price.  Check ebay and see what they are 
going for there.

About 8 months ago I bought a 97 with 63k miles for $8000.  I thought this 
was a good deal and it does represent good economical transportation, but values 
have gone down considerably since then.
