[Shotimes] overdrive light

Troy:
 Does the car shift into and out of overdrive OK? Will the button on your
shifter keep the tranny from going into 4th? You probably have a wire broken
or pinched in the shifter console. This is common at 100K miles and above.
The wires are very fine so they are flexible and can take the shifter
movement. Remove the top of the console and check out the O/D cancel wires.
They sometimes are worn from rubbing on a bolt that's pretty close. Your
switch could have gone bad too but this is not as common. I have the switch
part number if you need it. Check it out first.
