[Shotimes] Shifter woes

My shifter grommet (that cheap little plastic piece that hold the shifter
cables on the shifter) broke in half and left me shiftless.  Had to
McGuiver a quick fix to limp home.  Anyone know where I can get a new one,
or has anyone come up with a better than stock solution to fixing one?
