Most tire stores have special sockets that can remove the 
locking lug easily, and I think any Ford dealer would also 
be able to do this.  You can order a new key for the 
existing locks if you have the package or lable from them. 
Of course using some removal socket or welding something to 
them will ruin them.

I would say, Unless you are in a real bad area, just put on 
regular lug nuts when done.  Most thiefs won't steal old 
factory wheels, they don't get enough money for them.

Of course if you have newer expensive wheels, and live where 
people travel with concrete blocks, jacks and wrenches late 
at night ( :)   ) then get more locks!
