Ken,

When you're slowing down (with no traffic in front of you) and notice the
brakes dragging, pull up on the brake pedal with your toe and see if the
dragging stops. If so, you can likely resolve your problem by using a helper
spring on the brake pedal. Surely there is a FAQ on this?
