[Shotimes] fog lights dont work??

my fog lights on my sho dont work they havent worked since before i got it 
but i would like to fix that problem now. i dont think the switch is getting 
any power. the light on the switch isnt turning on or any thing. what fuse 
is it or what wire is it adn where is it located at?  thanks for the help
