[Shotimes] removing ball joints

Likely the bolts are rusted to the steel bushing that is inside the rubber
bushing.

I had to use a conbination of a air cut-off wheel and recpricating saw to
get the lower control arms free on the '93 last summer.

If the subframe had been out of the car, I would have used a cutting torch,
because it would have been a lot quicker, but I was in fear of torching the
entire car...
