[Shotimes] Interesting...speedo question

I've been noticing lately that when I first start the
car and drive around that my speedo seems to be
registering a little fast. I.E. the speed limit is 25
and the only way to keep up with traffic around me is
to do 30 or higher. Then after driving the car for a
while and let it get warmed up real good and what not,
the speedo starts dropping. In order to stay with the
traffic around me, I have to slow down. I.E. the speed
limit is 25 and I have to do 20 or something like
that. My rpm seems to be the same for certain speeds.
Is it my speedo, the rpm, or is my tranny having
problems????????
