[Shotimes] Coolant flush questions

What's up.

Never flushed coolant myself, so I of course have stupid questions!

How much do I need?  Obviously that depends on how much comes out, right?  So, how much comes out?  Is there a way to drain the block?  I've heard of a block drain but I've never noticed one.

Any brands of coolant better than others?  Should I go with a 50/50 mix?  Should I run water through with a garden hose before refilling?

So many questions.

I guess I need to find a big bucket to hold all this coolant that I expect to come out ;^)
