[Shotimes] SVT Taurus?

No such thing as an SVT Taurus. The dual exhaust on a 3.8
(and it is the 2-1-2 style as on the SHO) means this was
probably a Police Taurus, and such DID exist. The SVT
badge, if there is an add-on by an owner after it was built.

I have a "police intercepter" 1996 SHO, and of course, no
such animal exists, they quit offering the police package on
the Taurus by 1996. But I put it on for fun and to try to
get people to quit tailgating. But it doesn't work most
times. Usually people come up closer to read it! ;)

Two big issues with that car. The 3.8 is known for blowing
(leaking) head gaskets. Also the transmissions are prone to
die early and often. As an ex-police car it has probably
been thrashed to within an inch of it's total life. I would
only buy it if it was Well under $1000 and drove like brand new!
