Nope.  The stock bushings and hardware are Ford specific.  When replacing
the bushings themselves, many owners elect to upgrade to aluminum bushings
or to use the Gen III bushings.

If you have the time to order everything, you can get the Gen III bushings
and two recall kits for around $110 or so.  If you need and can get the
recall performed, you obviously would not need one of the kits.

I installed the Gen III bushings about a year ago and was very pleased with
how my 89 reacted to them.
