[Shotimes] (OT) 3.8L Head Gasket Info

I'm thinking of punishing myself (and my knuckles) by replacing the head
gaskets on a 3.8L Sable that we have.  I know I've seen a discussion
recently about tips & tricks for re-installation.  Could someone point me to
some info, if it is on the internet, or e-mail me some info if you have it.

It appears coolant is leaking out the rear head seal and down the block.  Is
this a common failure?  I've checked all of the hoses and the water pump.
No coolant in the combustion chamber (yet).

I think I'd take a 3.4L V8 w/ unwelded cams before I look at another 3.8L...
It makes working on the SHO engine look like a walk in the park!
