What about Cooper Tires??? I have their touring all
season on my car. V-rated, handles the rain and the
snow pretty good, and has decent dry handling
capabilities. I got mine for about $96 a tire. Albiet
its a 16" tire, but I've noticed no one has ever
mentioned them before on the list. Of course, there is
probably a reason why...
