Personally, I don't feel that sources such as heatware.com/ebay/etc are a waste of time, as many
do believe, because it does count for something to have feedback rather then not knowing anything
abou the seller at all. I can live w/ some delay in items shipped, but absolutely HATE poorly
packaged items or nothing shipped at all. (Everyone gets that *great* deal eventually) Lets not
forget people who ask for obsurd amounts of money for shipping on items and do a extremely poor
job with the packaging. Also, coming from a trusted SHO enthusiast, it's more insurance for other
buyers & easier for us to keep the faith in good online purchases. :) Kudos to you Gary!
