Based on non-SHO specific experience, 2 things come to mind. Off the top,
run the car at night (in the dark) and see if there is any arcing apparent
with the plug wires. A burnt valve will also cause this depending on the
exact condition of the valve. After a hard run in which this missing
occurs, immediately stop the engine if possible and pull and check plugs.
If its specific to one cylinder it should show on that plug.
