I couldn't agree more.  Making regular backups is one of the more proactive
things you can do to protect your system.  I regularly make Ghost images of
my PCs and then back the images up to a 30GB DLT tape drive using Veritas
Backup Exec.  The best insurance is to have good, reliable backups of your
system.
