Have you changed your fuel filter??
Also get the fuel pressure checked.
Also, if the vacuum lines to the secondaries are leaking, the secondaries
are open all the time, which bogs the car down. You can tell by having
someone start the car while you watch the two mechanisms. You should see
them close when the vacuum hits them.
As John mentioned, it's a 13-year-old car. At this age, you must be
proactive and stay ahead of replacement of things that are gonna go bad on
it.

Welp, my fabulously unreliable and ever breaking '91 has developed
another issue. Sometimes I'm driving along and the engine bogs
down... It never dies, but it doesn't 'go', push the gas further,
still nothing, stays running, but doesn't move. Doesn't do this at
idle, only when in gear and moving, seems to happen in all gears, but
gets less likely in 4th and haven't had it happen in 5th. It seems
like it's not getting fuel, but I don't think that is the issue. Am I
looking at a CAM position sensor here? Any other ideas?
