Yeah, they are losing a whole year of SVT sales, as well as customers. Isn't
Dodge bringing out the V10 truck to compete with the Lightning? Seems like
Ford will lose all Lightning sales to Dodge, as I suspect that performance
truck buyers are not as brand-loyal as the folks who use them as work
trucks.

"Insurance issues" on a 170 HP SVT Focus? I dunno, sounds like a bunch of
crap to me!! The SVT Focus has a tremendous amount of content for the money,
and is priced right. Other cars in the segment have more HP and cost more.

That comment about a supercharged Marauder sounds like too little WAY too
late. I thought the car was going to be discontinued anyway? For as
interested as I was in a Marauder, I'm not even interested if they bring out
a supercharged version. For the $40K that it will cost, there will be other
choices for less money.

Seems Ford has been busting at the seems with "Bad plans" lately.

At least they aren't killing production so they can fix all the mistakes
they made on the previous SVTs.  (99' Cobras)
