Well Ron yeah actually I do have a rod shifter, I should have remembered
that
essential fact when I started the project. Only after getting to step 5 in
the shifter cable procedure I noticed having trouble located the cables. So

me and you have different problems. I called up Dond and he talked to my
dad
and we just got the entire assembly out. What a bitch! Anyway we didn't
disassemble the beast yet but I'm almost positive it broke where it is
welded to
the ball. Wish me luck we are going to fix it later today or tomorrow. It's
cold
so that makes the job twice as bad. Thanks Don
