[Shotimes] shifter cable problems

Okay, I just went out and looked.  I knew the Plus I got last October had a
build date of 5/91, but I just looked at the one I recently purchased out of
Kansas and it also has a build date of 5/91.

They're both white.  One has all options listed for a plus, with split black
leather.   The one I got last October had a power bulge hood, but does not
have a rod shifter, and has black leather.

So I have two that were built at the same time with a little bit different
options.
