[Shotimes] Wierd Steering problem

Hey all,

       I have a 93 atx which I know needs front brakes and probably an 
alignment But today as I was driving I was not able to keep the car straight.....it 
will swerve slightly to the left and right during acceleration and when I take 
my foot on the gas.  The car is fine when I am at a cruising speed, the 
swerving will start at about 30 mph.  I have never had this problem.  Its going to 
the garage on friday but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas and if anyone 
thinks the car is unsafe to drive.  I was thinking maybe tie rod ends or 
maybe a frozen caliper.
