You do 3-D stuff? How about you create a renderable model of the SHO intake, from the Yamaha patent drawings!
I've thought about doing this myself, but our company has stayed busy the 7 years I've been there.
We do structural engineering, and get a lot of high profile jobs. I could get you a print or two to re-create, or give you a little project to turn into a 3-D presentation for me ;^)
BTW, what design software(s) do you use?

This may sound like a strange request to some. I'm looking for
something neat to draw here at work on the computer. I'd like
to get a blueprint or drawings of something. It's usually slow
around here towards the end of the year, and I need something
to make myself look busy. (you know, less of a target that way)
I've exhausted all of my technical drawing books from school
already, and I'm wanting something different than what I draw
all day (bottles).
Obviously, I don't want anything proprietary. But if anybody
has anything that they think is really cool, send it my way.
Something automotive would be cool.
For instance, a friend of mine has a copy of the original drawing
for the 1932 Ford frame. I'm trying to figure out how to get a
copy of it. It's pretty big.
