Yes, the guys who bought them race a lot, and the system should be flushed
after each weekend.
The Valvoline is great stuff, but for a couple of bucks more, the ATE is
better:
DRY WET
Ford Heavy Duty DOT 3 550 290
Valvoline Synthetic 3/4 502 343
ATE Super Blue Racing 536 392
ATE TYP 200 536 392
Plus, alternating the blue and yellow (TYP 200) ATE fluids is quite nice, as
you know exactly when you have run all of the fluid through the system.
I do mine about twice a year (due to the track sessions at the Convention),
and the cost of pads is far above the cost of a couple of bucks for the
better fluid. For pure street use, the Valvoline can't be beat, though.

30+ cans???? How many brakes do you bleed a year?????
Somehow I get by on 2L of Valvoline I can get at AZ any day of the week for
under $6 a L. And I bleed the brakes every year. I know I'm not racing
every weekend and don't need some super duper fluid but this is the only
reason someone would have to buy that many cans of brake fluid at one time
IMHO.
