Don't worry, before many more years go by, about everything on the market
will be made in China. I think Harbor Freight will be around for a LONG
time!! I have more faith in them than in Sears being around for the
"lifetime warranties" in 10 years.

Besides, and I really didn't look, but does Harbor offer the warranty, or
the manufacturer?

Up until or unless the "Mao Tse-Tung" tool store (also called Harbor
Freight)
goes out of business, they will replace any torque wrench bought from them,
no
questions asked, if you have the receipt.  That doesn't make them any more
accurate but they do honor the advertised LLT warranty on the wrenches.  So
be
sure you give your kids or grandkids the receipt as well the wrench.
