[Shotimes] Steering wheel/column possible electrical problems

Well I finally checked the clock spring, it physically appears to be in 
pretty decent shape, although I did notice some small cracks on one end of 
the connector in the white plastic (not the ribbon).  I'll look into 
getting another if this is a problem.

Paul:
Would the switch on the master cylinder also be the cause of the horn not 
working??
