[Shotimes] wiring a sub???

Even my 89 with the premium sound had an amp in the trunk with a factory 
remote turn-on wire. Check a wiring diagram for your year and options 
and figure out the color. I used that one for my aftermarket amp. I even 
used the factory power wire as long as I had a small amp and kept it 
turned down somewhat.
