[Shotimes] Window tinting

Yeah, somewhere over the last number of years, the rating system seems to
have changed. IIRC, it used to represent the percentage of light blocked,
now it is the percentage of light allowed.

I believe the percentage figure refers to the amount of light let in,
not the amount that is blocked.
