[Shotimes] (OT) Got the Harbor Freight torque wrenches

That is what happened to mine. The ratchet mechanism can be replaced. It has nothing to do with the torque setting mechanism. They may have a replacement for yours at a Sears store. Mine was a size or type that didn't match what the book said should fit.
