Have you ruled out frozen slider pins, sticky e-brake cable, or a clogged
rubber brake hose? These are all more likely your problem than the caliper
itself being bad.
The rear calipers cannot have the pistons forced in with a C-clamp like the
fronts. They have to be rotated and "screwed" back in, with pressure
applied. If you open the bleeder on the caliper when doing this it will
help.
