[Shotimes] muffler shops and flex pipe

I like Kerby's idea, but instead of an RS badge I'm going to put BORLA on
it so I actually increase HP!!!

Seriously, how many people are running without a resonator.  I'm sure I'm
not the only one.  And again, any rasp I get is only at a specific tight
RPM range.
