Someone timed the whole sequence, and came up with 23 seconds, which sounds
reasonable, but you may have a point.
But, whether on the dyno or the road, it would have to be a camera mounted
to a rollbar or something to be that steady.

That video looks like it was shot while the Cobra was strapped on a dyno.
Can't imagine acceleration that fast on the road, especially if the driver
was also filming the speedo.

Ron
Does anyone know if that Cobra was stock or had it been modified ?
That reminds me of the time when I was up in Douglasville and a bunch of
SHO's had gotten together at FPS for a get to gether. This is when my 91 was
S/C. That car was about 360HP.
Mark Nunnally was in my car as co-pilot .... and doug was in his car in
front of me just about getting on the interstate .. and he guns it.
I let doug jump out ahead at least 6 car lenghts before I jumped in it ...
and finally caught and easily passsed doug on the interstate doing about 145
and climbing. Pretty cool video .. short too.
I will see if i can get it on the web. Mark shot the whole thing as co-jock
.... total length is about 40 secs.
