[Shotimes] Driver Seat Lumbar Repair / Seat cover

Okay....I've been trying to get an answer to this for a while:

How the hell do you get the seat cover up far enough to access the top of
the lumbar bag?!?!?!  I have pulled, tugged, rolled, etc and it only will go
so far and it's difficult to get there at best.

The tube broke off with a small portion sticking out of the connection
point, and to remove the old tubing I HAVE to get access to where I can see
the piece and use a pliers on it.
