Subject: GM arms - physical differences

so I have found two (actually a lot more) 97 Grand Prix's in junkyards.
The first was at a U-pull it where I snagged the rear "tie rods" (ie
control arms) for $6.50 each. They had a P/N label 10296341. The other
wasn't a U pull it; I got them for $25 each. I put the P/N label in my
pocket (the arms are in my dark shed right now) but I must have thrown
it out with a tissue...figures..

The arms appear to be the same physically although the P/N #'s differ.
The adjustors are right under 5" long including the lock nuts. From
what people say, these should be the correct arms (apparently the newer
design has smaller adjustors and are too long for the SHO?)

Can anyone confirm or deny? I CC'ed SHOtimes since the list is fairly
dead..

Thanks
Ian
