I've been experiencing a slight vibration at 70 mph.  It kind of bothers me,
cause I've replace just about every suspension component and balanced my
wheels. The only thing I have not replaced yet are the half-shafts and front
wheel bearings. The wheel bearings show no signs that they are worn. A
mechanic has confirmed this.

How do I go about diagnosing this further? Are there other things that can
cause vibration at 70 mph? (Rotors are new too. Front and rear.) Could a
worn outer tie rod cause this?
