[Shotimes] Fix 3.0 or install used 3.2???

What's up all?? Not much here, just trying to seek a little advice on my 93 mtx SHO. I was going to put in new rod bearings on Sunday, tore it all down, only to find a spun rod bearing. : (  I was wondering what should I do?? I found a 93 3.2 in a junkyard with 145k showing on the speedo, the man wants $400 for it, but I am unsure of its condition. I can get a crank kit for $250, then I will have to get a rod for it, buy the gaskets, and then put it together. I could replace the rod bearings in the 3.2. maybe do the lash adj., and then put it in the car. I have new std. 3.0 rod brgs., plugs, wires, intake and v/c gaskets on my engine now, but one of the plug holes may be cross threaded, but I put the plugs in anyway, before I discovered the crank problem. Any and all advice will be GREATLY appreciated, I am stuck and do not know which route I should take. Thanks again!
