[Shotimes] Cheap tires for a 91 SHO

I have had good luck with two different Continental tires, 
the Sport Contact (summer only) and Touring Contact (year 
round).  The Sport Contact work well at track events and are 
  lasting a long time.  Both tires were in the $80 range.
