[Shotimes] OT - Help with a CV Police Interceptor

A little OT, but one of my friends is working on a CV PI.  If anyone could

Message:

We're working on a 96 Crown Vic Police Interceptor that isn't getting power
to the fuel pump inertia switch in the trunk. I can jump power to it and the
car will start but otherwise it won't. Does anyone know how this thing gets
its power? Any idea what fuse or relay? We changed the fuel pump relay and
that doesn't effect it.
