[Shotimes] Emissions Test ??? Help !!

My o2s were fairly new, and my t-stat was also brand new.  My car would
never get above the O on the temp gauge, and my autometer temp gauge
would never get above 165 or so, even after running it hard.  So I knew
that my stock temp sender was ok, since the autometer was saying the
same things.  The bad gas mileage was telling me it wasn't running very
well.  So it was either replace the cats or the EEC temp sender.  Since
the temp sender was only about $22 I tried that one first.

Eec, huh?  What lead you to believe the sensor was bad?  Also I've heard
the
Spout trick can work; I'll have to remember that if I ever have any
problems.
