[Shotimes] cutting vent holes in the header panel

And most of it goes out the side through the open fenderwells or under the
motor.  A lot can be done with the Gen 1-2 if the had their radiator sealed
at the bottom and the fenders sealed at the back as well like the Gen 3s.
