I see many of these frames that obscure part of the plate number. If someone did a hit and run, I would want the entire plate number. Usually the selling dealer includes one but there are many with messages such as the clapped out Escorts with "my other car is a Porsche Turbo Carrera" or the Buick Le Sabres with "I 'heart' my grandkids, Mikey, Poopsie, Theodore, Carmella, Spike, Ricky and Bill. They are all students of the month at Jesse Jackson Middle School."
