[Shotimes] cutting vent holes in the header panel

I wonder how many SHO owners put the "police" grille on their car back when
they first came out and what year did the "police" grille come out?? I put
it on my 1991 SHO+ right after I bought it in 1991. I saw the grille on a
"police" taurus on the lot and had to have it. I can't remember exactly,
but I think the grille cost either $45 or $90. I sorta remember it being
about $90 painted. I bought it at the dealership and then had it painted.

Washington IL is probably not a hotbed for Ford sedans.

Detroit and Louisville (which have Ford facilities and lots of Ford
employees) are.

And I have never seen any non-police Tauri with the grill
other than SHO's! Seen lots of police cars in the day when
they were actively used. NEVER seen a wagon with the police
grill.

Seems funny that the distribution would be so uneven.
