Don't forget about Acura Integras. The '95-'96 models can be had in the
$7k-$9K range. Very sporty feel and usually have higher quality interiors
compared to their Honda brethren.

I'd personally buy the newest Prelude you could afford. Even though the Del
Sol has the crazy removable top, the Prelude "feels" sportier to me, and
most have a power moonroof!
Good luck.

The interesting thing about the mid 90's Del Sol and MR2, however, according
to consumer reviews I have been reading, is that they provide decent
acceleration paired with outstanding handling. While terms used to describe
Accords and Camrys do not excite my senses, what I am hearing about the
other Honda/Toyota pair does. Really it just depends on what I see tonight.
I have decided that if we go and don't see anything that "quickens the
senses" (sorry, been reading Kant in school) then I will hold off for a
while. I know, logically I would be better off searching the private market
for what I want, but that would require a lot more time and effort than what
I have available right now.
And, yes Ron, I do need a car that needs little from me. I could work on a
car if I had to...I could even enjoy it, but I have no time to spare at this
point.
