Oh...well if he needs his laptop to program EPROMS and perform tuning 
for the car does this all of a sudden make it on topic? If you were to 
ask questions about upgrading SHO audio systems, should we point you to 
an audio only list and not help out?

We are all here to share knowledge. Just because one person may not see 
the link to how it may be beneficial to everyone doesn't mean that it 
isn't...my 2 cents.. FWIW,YOMV, no offense intended to anyone...etc etc
